2.2 Account Security
The user is responsible for all activity on the account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to crx support immediately. crx will never ask for a password or OTP via email or chat.
3. Age and Identity Verification
crx strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use services on this platform.
3.1 Identity Verification Process
crx may request the following documents to verify an account:
- National ID card (NID) or a copy of passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
- Documents verifying ownership of the payment method (where applicable)
crx reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Providing false or forged documents will result in immediate account closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Deposits on crx are currently accepted via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to the account. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name — using a method registered to a third party is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing is generally completed within 1 hour. The account must have a sufficient verified balance before a withdrawal request can be processed.

- Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
- To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, crx may take time to review the withdrawal request.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
crx offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds, a wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable only after the bonus amount has been wagered 15 times.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- If evidence of any breach of bonus terms is found, crx reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all winnings earned from it.
- Bonus offers are for genuine personal use only; bonuses may only be used for online gaming or betting purposes.
- crx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its terms at any time.
6. Gaming Rules
crx offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, card games and sports betting. Each game has its own rules and RTP information, which can be viewed from within the game.
6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Technical Errors
If an incorrect result is displayed due to a software or technical error, crx reserves the right to void that result and restore the actual balance. Any winnings obtained in circumstances displayed as "abnormal" or "erroneous" will not be considered valid.
